RE: 96 town and country valve gasket. how to replace?
Hi jconstanza,
To be honest with you, I’m not so good in replacing a valve gasket. Maybe you can check your owner's repair manual, it’s explained there. To get some information about car repairs and car care I read some automotive topics like autopartswarehouse.

valve cover gaskets (if thats what you are referring to ) are a bit of a pain on these. the front gasket isn't bad at all, but the rear (right) is quite a bit of work to get to. You will need to remove your wiper arms, cowl, and upper intake plenum in order to get to them, and i almost guarantee you that vaccum hoses are going to get busted. If you do decide to do it it would be a great time to get a major tune-up (plugs wires, etc) out of the way since your already going to be right there. Also replace all the pcv valves hoses etc.
