Question 97 T&C multiple problems

Hi everyone, I am new to the site, and need some information about my 1997 Town and Country. First let me say that it is a great van, runs great, good fuel mileage, motor runs like a new one. It has around 170,000 miles on it, BUT it has developed a few small anoing problems.
To start and just to make a list here it is:
The wipers will start on their own cycle two or three times then quit, the dash will just stop working while driving, he motor keeps going, the blower will at times only blow out the dash vents no matter the setting of the controler, the passenger side will only blow cold air even when set to hot, the door ajar light works but the chime does not when the key is in the ignition, the auto locks not functioning. All this happens eradicly no patteren and you can't make it happen. The ignition switch was replaced( it was a repo)
My question is: Does anybody think it might be a loose ground under the dash? Or a Body Control Module, if so where is it located? Maybe a number of smaller issues?
What do you all think HELP?

I would check your fuses, they would be the first place I would look. I own an 97 T&C LXi AWD model. And well yeah, the fuse box would be the first place to start. Then sensors from there.

Chrysler Tech, you are right the problems do not happen all at once but, a couple do occur at the same time. Like the heat/ac problems and the wippers or the dash troubles, sometimes everything works fine. Last nite we were out and had no troubles the heat came out where we wanted, and was hot on both sides, the instruments didn't fail and the wipers didn't come on. I forgot to mention that when the instruments fail the motor stays running and if you stop turn off the van and restart it the instruments come back on, may have to restart it a couple times for them to work again but they will work again. Somtimes the dash will stop while driving and will not work even after stopping and restarting, may not come back on even after it has sat for awhile, then the next time it is started they work. I am wondering if it could be the ignition switch that has been replaced? It was replaced with an aftermarket unit not a factory piece. I think this is causeing the door ajar and the auto locks not to work, but as for the rest I'm not sure.

Sunrise Pony, I did check all the fuses and found nothing bad. I don't think this is the trouble because everything works most of the time except the heat/ac not switching to the different locations.

Thanks for the help.
