Default AC clutch 2006 town and country electrical question

I have a T&C with about 150k
DTC p0645

AC Clutch only engages when relay 30 and 85 are bridged.
Previous owner replaced Pressure switch and charged freon.

I am trying to figure out why I dont have power at pin 86 on the AC relay.

I have tested continuity from C1 11 on the PCM to C3 19 on the IPM, but when I try to test continuity from 86 to C3 19, it is not there, it connects to C3 9.

C3 9 connect to a Grey/Orange wire, and I can't find where that wire goes in the schematic.

I have tested for power at 30 at the relay and Ground at 85.

Thanks in advance

well adding power to pin 85 is bad because its the ground driver from the pcm to close the relay so adding power to that circuit when you jump pin 30 which is 12v will probably short out the engine computers circuit for that ac clutch there for why you have the code p685 ac clutch relay control circuit.

Thanks, I had gave the wrong pin numbers when I posted this.
I got it all sorted out.
Not exactly sure what fixed it, I traced all the wired from the transducer and the IPM, and also the PCM.
II also replaced the Ambient temp sensor under the bumper.
Now it is all working. I cant find an answer whether or not the ambient temp sensor is in the AC loop. I suppose I could pull it out and try it, The old one was ground down from dragging and the pins were touching maybe that is it.
Anyways CEL is off, and no codes. Now time to fix trans leak at the cooler. I hope it is just the lines and not the evap/cooler unit.

Thanks
