Stock;

Bolt pattern: 5 x 114.3mm (4.5")
Backspacing: 6.0"
Offset: 40mm (I believe)

While I've looked at other Chrysler wheels with a 5 x 114mm (4.5") bolt pattern, most have much less backspacing. Namely, I'd LOVE a set of 300C SRT8 wheels! But I think that we're limited to Chrysler Mini-van specific wheels. There are some nice 17" 2009 - present wheels (both Chrysler & Dodge) that are direct bolt-ons.

Tire Rack has their in house brands also, but I'm not a fan of aftermarket wheels.

I'm sure standard C300 wheel fit the Grand Voyager here in the UK.

I also think jeep alloys fit, specifically the Patriot 17"s

300c wheels fit i had them on my 98 voyager and now have them fitted to my 2002 grand voyager , on the 2002 i needed to add a 3mm spacer due to the rattle clip on the front caliper hitting the wheel
they should fit your 99 with no spacer needed
tyre size 225-40-18 is what you need
