Default Backup Camera

I have a 2009 Town&Country limited. Is anyone experiencing the backup camera video to be out of focus. I figured I would ask before I take in in to the dealer.

How do you know if the camera was built incorrectly or maybe it was dropped before it was installed. at least let them change the camera. It ahs to be under warranty.

I need to take it in anyway to check the vehicle surging at 35mph. I will have them check it out.

Thanks
