I have to be honest I'm not a fan of all seasons. I've tried them twice; once on my Jag and my van had a set fitted when I bought it. In the winter they where only slightly better than summer tires and during the summer they were no better than cheap chinese brands. My Jag had Goodyears and my van had Hancooks. Honestly couldn't recommend them.
Now I'm using Dunlop Winder Sports which I've had on the van for the past 4 winters. Have them put on in October and take them off in April and go back to the summers. Should see another winter or 2 out of them!

Another issue I had was the rear end sliding around. On one occasion I was heading along a local country road, had about an inch of snow. I crossed a small bridge and as the road began to bare right, at only 10 or so MPH the rear just whipped around a full 180. I have a video somewhere if I can find it I'll load it up.
Summertime, (I'd bought the van in the spring) I found that when the roads became really hot the tyre would just screech like banchese and the van would understeer badly. Braking was excessive and just unpleasant to drive.
The only time the tyres worked adequately was between I say around 40F to low 60's F. The ones on my Jag were about the same!
