That's a : 77 / 780. I had to (1) cut the 'lip clamp' (2) the front & rear of the black plaggy tray and (3) completely remove the alloy shield on the 'brain' in your #19 to get mine to fit so you did better than I - congratulations - that's how we all learn better ways to do things - telling others.

4mm is 0.157480314961 Inch, dremel[ing] the 'lip clamp' off both long ends would have recovered that, the hold down would still have held it secure.

Or thinking about it now, I would have been better cutting a rectangular slot out of the tray at rear for the battery lip clamp to go through, so that work at front for power cable to go onto battery would not have been necessary. These multi-tools are not just for working on wood, time and time again, it has been indispensable.
