Swap the front blower motor relay with a like relay in the IPM (fuse box). May just have to wiggle/tap it.

Found the problem, I had a bad ground connection from the blower motor to the blower power module. Cut off the connector and used two spade lugs on the blower motor wires and connected to the power module and everything is working.

Like all others in this thread my front blower has stopped working. A few months ago the blower motor suddenly began blowing all the time, even when climate control turned off (rear blower works fine). After reading these posts I decided replace the blower power module (I have auto temp control). That fixed the issue for a while then the front blower would intermittently stop working. At first this would only be an issue on trips that were at least a couple of hours. This progressively worsened till the blower wouldn't work at all. I replaced the blower power module again, with no change in blower behavior i.e. the blower doesn't work at all now. I hot wired the blower motor (using raptor 07's instructions) to make sure it was still functional and it took off and ran great. So, apparently the blower and blower power module are functional. I also switched the front blower relay with rear blower relay with no change. Where would I troubleshoot next? Thanks for any help!!

I have been working on my vans heater issue, I have come to find that it may be the Front Control Module, or FCM. That is located on the fuse/relay box next to the battery, I am yet to change it, but am still looking into this, my issue will not let either front, or rear heaters blow...

I would suspect either the control panel is bad or the control wire from the panel to the power module is open.
