Ok i tried the (boot) Tail gate key lock, and all the doors locked, now when i unlock the boot, it sounds like the doors unlock but they remain in the locked position, so i'll have to climb through the boot to get in the car tomorrow, I have another point on this matter, the Drivers side door switch is dodgy at the best of times, sometimes the lights come on when the door's opened, sometimes they do, the passenger side however doesnt work at all, when the door is opened the ligths stay off, could this be related at all?

Just to let everyone know, the reason my Keyfobs would not work only when outside of my house was because of my Wireless Broadband Modem Router, i had recently moved it downstairs and turnt it off after trying everything else, I turnt the WiFi section of the router off, and it worked, I have had no problems with the keyfobs at all.

This worries me that the keyfobs are even on the similar freq to the wifi AP.

for everyone else's reference the Wifi AP was on Channel 1 - 2.412 Ghz, ofcourse i could have just changed the channel anyway, but as i didnt need it anymore i turnt it off.

So if you ever have a problem, make sure it's not near a Wifi AP on channel 1.

Myserty sovled !

however the door locks still dont work even after spraying them with WD40.

ChryslerTech suggested taking off the door panal and checking that way.

Which due to weather i have been unable to do as yet.
