Chrysler Voyager 2.5 CRD SE 9CV 2002 engine fails
hello,
This text is long as it's been 2 months that the car is disabled.
Initially I had an overheating problem and I immediately stopped,
until total cooling the engine. Then I could start without concern and
bring the car home to 1 km away. But upon arrival, smoke was going
Lower the vehicle, I looked, the whole bundle of son who is connected
on diesel settler who's out. I cut and changed parts of burned son.
I could no longer start. I changed all the clarifier (each side of the tank
containing a pump and filter GO GO). I still can not start.
Following a pattern of Autodata, the entire electrical system is OK.
1 - when there is contact, means the well pump. But when one tries to start the pump stops and the GO unable to injectors
2 - were connected directly to relay to the fuse box directly to the +
and here comes the GO-injection but did not start, one has the impression that lack of pressure.
a-mechanically, everything looks good to boot.
b-the first mechanic I saw a shunt fuse with one strand of wire,
This fuse is required but maybe it was a broken circuit board or a wire somewhere.
c-all fuses are correct.
Thanks for your help.

I'll be damned if I understand anything you said.
you oveheated the engine, and after that the car ran fine.
then you saw burned electric cables around engine?
what is diesel settler?
what is clarifier?
contact ON, fuel pump is ON but then it stops?
and you can't start the engine then?
what's with the + on injectors? usually, all injectors have constant +, and it's minus pulse that's firing the injectors.
