Default cooling system issue

I flushed the whole system and refilled it. It now has no heat and is overheating. New thermostat put in. When it runs with the radiator cap off the coolant does not suck down at all, but flows out. One heater core hose is hot(bottom one) and the top one stays cold. If you have an advice or ideas what it could be I would be appreciative of the help. Bottom rad hose stays cool as well

Sounds like a blocked rad to me! Look at some of the Forte flushing products mate...
