Default could there be a skreem module problem

Hi All

i decided to open another thread as this is another subject

I tried having the key fob programmed ive had a guy come out today to programme the key and he couldent do it he also ran a diagnostic check of the system and found no faults he said it could be the key fob its working ok but not programming to the car he also tried a few other keys nothing worked im thinking could there be a problem with the SKREEM module near the Ign key as reading how all it works that module signals the BCM into operating the central locking if its not signaling then its obvious nothing will work although the Ign key is working ok and starting the engine or am i wrong

Any thoughts on this

Anybody ?? there must be someone out there who knows about this is the skreem module just for the sentry key immobiliser or is it a pick up for the alarm key fob signal?... if not does anyone know where the sensor is for the for the key fob or is that built into the thatcham alarm module under the dash panel..... Its just ive been trying to get a key fob working with my car and the car is not responding at all to anything the remote system just doesn,t work there must be a solution to this even a locksmiths diagnostics key programming machine dont pick up any faults but he couldent rule out the key receiver

Any ideas

to prove the BCM or SKREEM the lock smith should have been able to activate the locking/unlocking functions via the BCM with the scan tool and look at the fob status in the SKREEM.

Where abouts are you in the country?
