Default Engine noise. Replaced alternator the noise is still there.

Please listen to this video and let me know where you think the noise is coming from. I have already replaced the ADP/alternator.

2005 Town & Country 195,000 miles on. 3.8 L

Thanks in advance for any help.

Its hard to say which noise you are referring to, knocking, hissing, ringing.
As you have replaced the Alternator, you seem to think its relating to the Aux drive belt area. So other noises can come from Tensioner Wheel or Air Con Compressor clutch.
So does noise change on turning on the Air Con...

Maybe the old-boy mechanics method of a long screwdriver applied to various parts of the engine with the other end applied to one's ear-'ole is appropriate?

I've got this ringing noise coming from auxiliary belt area, all parts are at hand but weather holding off. Heard another Voyager in a car park with an even louder ringing than mine but didn't have the answer for him.
Its either Alternator, tensioner wheel or Air Con Compressor pump clutch.
