Default Fault code p1776

Help please, just ran a dio test on the voyager and showing the above code, had a look on line but really unsure what it means? Can some one help please?

P1776 - Solenoid Switch Valve Latched in LR Position (this is a transmission issue which may involve replacing the valve body and solenoid pack; on some models there is a TSB on this problem so be firm with your dealer / Chrysler).

Just had the same thing happen i managed to delete the code and get out of limp mode to get home. Iam going to have a good look in the light and hope its something simple i will update or cry tomorrow.

the solenoid pack is more then likely need to be changed.

yes.. I had the same issue with the fault code.... mine was under drive solenoid problem. needed a new auto transmission solenoid pack on... £800 but it was still under warranty thank god lol
