filter change
Hi
i have a 2006 grand voyager 2.8 crd, and decided it would be a good idea to change the oil oil filter and fuel filter. Now i know this sounds really daft but i have looked all around the engine bay and beneath (without jacking it up or removing the undertray) and cannot find anything that resembles a filter, so i am stuck with a box of parts and nowhere to stick them. Without the obvious answer could someone please enlighten me as to where they may be found. and perhaps if anyone knows what interval the timing belt requires changing.

Hi,
Ok.....the oil filter is up behind the engine on the left side (as viewed from the front) You won't see it until you take the underside tray off and get right underneath and look up.....but its pretty easy to reach once you're under there!
Fuel filter is underneath the car at the back.....jack it up at the back and crawl in from the rear bumper....you can't miss it.
Timimg belt interval is a bit more complicated.
01-05 Model Years Is 60,000 Miles or 5 years, whichever is sooner
06-07 Model Years is 100,000 Miles or 8 years, whichever is sooner
(Both idler pullys should also be replaced at cambelt service)
Your's should be the latter of the intervals, but as you're on the borderline, if I were you I'd check your chassis number with a chrysler dealer and get them to advise.
