Default Fuse on Lighter & Radio

I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The lighter and radio stopped working while I was driving it. I have checked the fuses in the panel under the hood and all look good. I swapped the radio with a previous unit I had, but it also does not work. While swapping out the radio, I happen to notice a penny had been inserted into the lighter socket (gremlins), which I assume caused the non-functioning lighter and radio.

Before I tear further into the dash, is there possibly a secondary fuse somewhere in the wiring between the main fuse panel under the hood and the lighter and radio?

Appreciate any assistance! Tom

Moe:

Thank you for the diagram! It would be nice if Chrysler provided clearer details (in the owners manual) of what equipment each fuse handles. They don't even provide any fuse numbers, just the diagram on the fuse layout on the fuse cover with some cryptic descriptions. I finally found the blown fuse by pulling each fuse (which was not the fuse I expected based on the title on the cover).

Appreciate the help!

Hi,
I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country AWD LTD and one day while driving I noticed that my RADIO has suddenly stopped working. I also noticed that the upper CIGAR LIGHTER has also stopped working. I appreciate the diagram and it confirms the connection between CIGAR LIGHTER and RADIO but can't determine the fuse. Please help

Here is the picture of IPM module. In my case #5 fuse was blown out.
