also i changed the timing belt, but when engine is running there a wierd click coming from round the belt area, could that be the aircon clutch?

and there is a multi plug on the top oil breather,i unplugged it and oil ran out of it,is that bad?

the thermostat is a bit of a sod to change down the back on drivers side
remove the wiper/scuttle tray - easy to do
and then look down the back and you will see the thermostat big ally casing you replace the whole thing i did 2 the same day mine and another member on here who came down to me and i did the pair of them

oil coming out of the breater is normal you will get oil residue in the breather system

did you replace the timing belt pulleys and tensioner (timingbelt kit) ?

It is a bit of a tricky job, but if you have a bit of experience of working on cars, then it's worth doing yourself. It'll cost at least 3 hrs labour in a garage plus the part.

All the issues have been discussed here:- https://www.chryslerforum.com/forum/...ng-cool-11158/

As for your timing belt noise, as dan says, did you replace the idler pullys and tensioner? What mileage is on the car?
