Default Help! Tranny Fluid Leaks after two Gasket replacements

I did this to change the Tranny fluid, it has over 100k miles on it so deff needed it, however, i have replaced the gasket, put RTV on it to the gasket wouldnt move, cleaned the area of the pan and tranny so it would be smooth and no bumps or old gasket, put it back together torqueed it to 160 inch lbs of tourque as instructions said and put fluid in, drove it to test and took it to work next day, on HWY, came home, no leaks, then next morning i see a big puddle on the floor, i have replaced the gasket twice and 2nd time i added a good amount of RTV to make sure it wouldnt leak, aparantly that didnt fix it either.. any suggestions please?? is there abetter gasket out there? this one was really thin.. thanks all!

Tony
