Default I have a coolant leak in the back of the engine

I was driving and I just noticed some smoke coming from the car and I looked at the car to see where it was coming from, The leak was coming somewhere from the back of the engine and right on the exhaust heat sheild. What can be back their beside the heater cores hoses?

I just found out that the leak is coming from the hoses where the cooling cores is and it's located right where the firewall is right near and behind the engine. I want to know what is the name of the part so I can get it ordered and does any one have a diagram of the actual part.

I had something similar about a month ago. I don't know the official term for the part, but it was described as a restrictor of sorts in the hose from the block to the heater core.

I just got the part and I thinks the name of the part is tube supply 5005394-AF. It's $280.00 stinkin dollars. If someone here can decode the number from the parts and really tell us what the name is in understanding car terms or parts name thanks.
