Default Multiple codes

My 01 Town and country just had a transmission rebuild. 2 weeks later it runs till it gets warm then bucks a little and stalls. I let it sit for 5 minutes and it runs for a short time again, I found this out just so I could get it home. Checked for code and there was a 0340, O.k. I changed the cam sensor. My takes the car out and get 5 miles from home with it dooing the same again. Now there is 1684, 0340, 0320, 1391 codes could the new cam sensor be bad or may be the crank sensor. do these codes together mean something. I plan on changing the crank sensor but I am trying to locate it on the motor, not sure where to find it. Can anybody help?

Is it possible that this is related to the transmission? Pinched wire, wire not plugged in right?

(take this FWIW) My experience: any car I've had that throws a code for either the cam or crank sensor ... it hasn't been a problem with either sensor, but something else.

Sorry this doesn't help much.
