new process gear gearbox a598 similar to a558
hi i am having problems with my dieasel voyager with a 5 speed manuAl new process gear gearbox A598 .1st/2nd syncro hub is knackered .
I have an oportunitty to buy a A558 WHICH IS OUT OF A PETROL 2LITRE I realise final drive ratio will be different ,but am thinking gearbox parts may be the same .If anyone has any parts lists for these gearboxes a cross reference would answer the question i'm sure.
would really appreciate any help .
