Default No Communication

I have a MY'98 Plymouth Voyager with a 3.3. Misses, smells rich has MIL. Went to scan codes (no communication) Have power(2.5v) on serial +/-. So just for the hell of it checked continuity from pcm pins to the DLC = 2-3 Ohms. Okay, well comm lines are ok. so tested pin 67 on the PCM harness to power on the PCM fuse=75 Ohms!!! Can't be right. Any ideas??? Need some help.

Make sure you are not connected to inputs or outputs of the various controller modules when you read with an Ohmmeter. The voltage supplied by the battery in the meter is enough to fry some interface circuitry. Not sure what the DLC is. Try obtaining the codes with the ignition key.
Try this link for info.

DLC=Data Link Connector. And im using a high impedence meter. I'll try the "key trick" thanks

Hi impedance usually pertains to the voltage scales so they do not load high impedance circuits. The ohmmeter portion can still do as I mentioned above. As far as that 75 ohms connected to pin 67, my prints for a 2000, show 67 is a driver for the automatic shutdown relay, possible you are reading thru the coil?

B+ is on C2 pin 46 and the input from the ignition switch in start and run is C1 pin 20. Did you try the Key thing for codes?
