Default Parking / Running lights stay on

Woke up today to the running lights being on when the vehicle was parked all night. The lights were all off before we went to bed.

The rear and front running lights stay on, markers and dash lights are NOT on.

Car is off, Lights are turned off.

I have found that when I press down on any of the relays on the fuse box, the lights come on, when I wiggle the box and relays, the lights go off.

Starting the vehicle, killing the alarm did not help.

I am thinking something is failing inside the power/fuse panel. Anyone else see this problem before?

I checked the external wiring and seems to be okay, I can tug on the harness and there is no activity on the lights. I removed the parking light relay and if you wiggle the fuse box, the lights will come on again with the relay out.

The relay clicks when the light switch is turned on and operates normally, the dash lights come on too.

I wiggle the other relays or the body itself and the running lights (Without the dash lights) will turn on.

I am guessing that I will be looking for a new fuse block or is there something else I should be looking at?

Tough tom say anything or look through wire diagrams if we don't know if we're dealing with a 1984 antique or slick as a whistle 2017.
