Angry Please help A/C issues!

I have a 2001 Town & Country Lxi with 150,000 miles. About a month ago we dumped over $500 into the a/c and it is still acting up. The condensor was replaced as well as a few other things (I can pull the receipt for exacts) all with new parts. The huge problem we have now is that the a/c blows warm when the car is in idle! At constant speed of 40 and up it does cool and on the highway it is real cold, but at a drive-thru or even a few minutes stop, the fan blows warm air. If I am parked in the sun, it takes a good 10 minutes to cool off, but if I am lucky enough to find a tree to park under, it cools rather quickly. As well as when driving at a constant speed, the passanger vents are a bit cooler than the drivers side. I do have seperate climate controls and they are set to low. There is seperate rear a/c as well, but the vents blow warm at a stop there as well.
I will gladly accept any help and will let you know what was done previously if need be.
Thank you

I know you said your fans are working...BUT just to make sure, hold a smoke in front of the grill when they are running to make sure they are sucking air in from front and not running backwards.

Your symptoms are a classic no cooling fan issue. It could also be an issue with the high side pressure switch or your compressor may be shot.

Post the list of what they did when you get time. Also if you can remember tell us WHY they said it needed it.
