We have the same problem with the radio but it happens when we are moving not when stopping.

We also have found that we cannot adjust the electric seats now and as it is set for my wife, who is 12" shorter than me, it means that I am currently unable to drive

my radio (06 voyager) did the same, however, when i acquired a new set of sat nav disc's (5 in the set) it did a software update, problem was solved. purchased the disc's on ebay.

Yes this is for the RB3 sat nav radio they may also be a software update for the memory seat module this holds the radio and mirror settings not just the seat.
