Default Rattle in the left wheel well when hitting bumps

Hi, I have a 2005 Chrysler town and country LX. I bought it used at a dealer auction. Since I purchased the car, I had a mechanic take a look at it and repair anything that didn't seem sound. as soon as I started driving the van, I noticed a muffled rattling sound coming from the left wheel well when I hit a bump. I think I remember this rattling sound from other town and country vans I've rented when traveling for work. I rode in the back of the van to see where the rattling was coming from and it seemed to be from the front of the left wheel well. I thought the sound could have been coming from the car jack stored in in the panel because the rattling isn't bit muffled but it's not that. I noticed that there was a plastic panel inserted into the left wheel well on the outside of the car but not the right side. The panel is covering about half of the wheel well under the car. I thought it could be this sound but I haven't taken it it because maybe this piece is important. Any thoughts?

Do you FEEL anything in your feet or the wheel ? as if the wheel (tire) itself is rattling?

My new 2000 GV has this. feels like ball joint could also be tie rod of control arm bushings. I just got it raining today. will pull the wheels and figure it out tomorrow if the rain stays away.

IIRC (others can correct??) jack up the wheel GRAB the tire at 9 and 3 and wiggle. if it wiggles ball joint.

grab at 12 and 6 wiggle. if it wiggles tie rod

is that right? either way one means one the other means the other.

you can get MOOG parts off ebay for about half what AA/AZ charges.

I would lean more towards a stabilizer bar end link. if it is only when going over bumps.
