Default Rear Head Gasket

I was just wondering, i'm now due to change both front and rear headgaskets on my van, but i'm not sure how to go about remove the inlet manifold to get to the rear head gasket?

Does anyone have any ideas or step by step's they can give me ?

Any help would be brilliant.
