Default Rear side window Removal

Hi Guys can anyone please tell me where to find instruction on how to remove the rear powered opening window.

I have tried Youtube but no joy and I don't want to go disconnecting seat belts and popping trim if I don't need to

Cheers Tom

QinteQ, that video tutorial is to replace the motor, not the glass, but very useful even so.
