Unhappy rear wheel noise 2003 T&C

Replaced brake rotors and pads on my 2003 Town & Country about 5 months ago. Recently it has developed a squeal/grinding noise from the right (passenger) side rear wheel when making low speed right hand turns. At least that's the only time I hear it.
Anyone have an idea what's causing this and how to fix it?

Thanks,
Scott

The rear main hub bearing is worn, have fun changing it.

Remove wheel, brake pads and shoes. Then spin hub with hand and check for looseness and noise...It should be smooth...

I have tried to remove the rear hub and failed. I read about many who tried and failed. So it might be a good idea to avoid frustration and get to a local garage ask for a fixed price and let them do the bearing change
