Default remote locking

Hi------AGAIN
I used the car last night and all did seem as usual----------------locked with the remote ---------------today it would not unlock with the remote
I tried both 'blips'--------I unlocked with a key and the alarm went off-----when it shut-up I started the car as usual-------------------I don't have a clue where to start-----------is it worth dis-connecting the battery for a while ??
Any ideas where to start would be appreciated
Nigel

You may have the answer there just like me. I was having to lock my car with the key due to alarm going off with remote. Did a reboot, neg off for 10 mins, and was ok after that.

I didnt understand. How did You reboot?
I also locked the car with the key, because the remote locking suddenly didnt work. Maybe because one of the slide doors was open. Then I left and when I came back, I unlocked with the remote. But the car wont start anymore. Also the glow plug lamp didnt appear.
I checked the starter, it was ok.
Some help, please?

Disconnect Neg off battery for 30 mins, reconnect and that's a reboot. Proves wonders for odd faults.
