Replacing starter on a 2002 T&C
Hi There all...
I'm replacing the starter on my 2002 Town & Country
I'm pretty sure I got both bolts removed at the bell housing, but I cant get the starter to come off.
I noticed on the new starter that there is a pin on the mounting plate, is there a trick to getting the starter off?
Does the old one need to be pried off? if so, is there an easy way to do that? there doesn't seem to be much space to work.
Thanks!

...Been there ..done that....
Look carefully and make sure you removed the correct bolts...The upper (Bellhouse side) bolt --15mm...Is quite close to the 18mm bell to block bolt....
If you are sure you have the correct ones removed...A smack with a hammer will sufficiently Jarr it loose.
