Hi all

I have a Chrysler town and country 2009 where the sliding door is operational but won’t complete the close. It pulls back to closed position but then fails to pull back in. There ar 3 or 4 clunks as it tries before failing. Simply going around and bumping it shut with my bum is enough to complete it.

i have read lots about the lock actuators but not sure what part needs to be looked at in this case.

Any help you could provide would be greatly Appreciated.

When was the last(first) time you lubricated the door rollers and pivot hinges? When my 04 model does that, it is those parts on mine that lubrication does the trick for smooth and full closing.
