Question U-Connect Issue

Hi, I have a 2008 Town and Country Touring Signature Series with a REN mygig radio. When i push either of the 2 buttons for uconnect, it says "not equipped with u-connect". How would i add uconnect? would it be as simple as buying a microphone or would it be more intense. Thanks for help!!!

Brad,

Even though the radio on your vehicle includes a hands-free button, your vehicle may not equipped with the hands-free option.

The radio has a hands-free button because the same radio is used in other Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® and Ram vehicles in which the hands-free option is available. Please refer to the paragraph in the "Phone Button (UConnect Hands Free Phone) - If Equipped" section in the owner's manual.

"If your vehicle is not equipped with or this feature is not available on your vehicle, a 'Not Equipped With UConnect' message will display on the radio screen."

Parts and accessories such as UConnect can be ordered on-line at the Mopar eStore. The Mopar eStore can be found on-line at Mopar Parts - The Official Mopar Parts eStore offered by Chrysler

If you wish to speak with a representative, you can call the eStore Hotline at 1-888-349-2298.

You may also order parts and accessories through your local dealer.
