Voyager Problem
My Voyger broke down this week, all power just stopped as i was driving. It would not start again and although all electrics seem to be working would not turn over, no noise when turning key and no power etc. Taken it to a garage and they can not find the problem. Please help its a 98 model

"ALL power" meaning the engine quit but still had electrical power or did you loose that too?
Start with the basics. Verify the battery is up to speed with a load test and verify battery connections are clean and tight. Try a shake test on the battery cables. They are known to corrode internally and open the circuit. If just the engine quit find the starter relay in the fuse box (PDC) and feel for a click when you turn the key to start. If there's no click swap the relay with another identical relay on the panel. Still no click? You have probably lost the powertrain control module (PCM). That's the engine computer. It supplies the ground to the starter relay coil.
If the engine does turn over when you turn the key at some point but still won't start, you may have lost the cam or crank sensor. You can verify that several ways.
You may have the worst case scenario failure of the CCD data bus. Try smacking the dash above the instrument cluster. If it starts you have the very common cracked solder joints on the instrument cluster circuit board. Easy fix. Just reflow them with a soldering iron.
You can test the starter by removing the starter relay and jumping contacts 30 and 87 together. The starter should spin immediately with keys on the dash.
If a shop can't determine why an engine won't turn over when you turn the key, they have no business being in business.
