Default Windshield seal cracking ... replace it ?

Just finished cleaning my 14 years old Town & Country (love it !)
And discovered the windshield rubber seal is cracking (see the picture)
I am wondering if I should take the time to replace it (would it leak ?) or if there is a repair you know of ?

Much appreciated !!

The windshield is GLUED in all the way around, that is a trim seal to make it look "pretty".
It will not cause a leak, but agree that it makes things look "poorly".

If its just for "the pretty" I would remove the whole strip, clean the glass and maybe use some black silicone kit to fill the slit.

IF you remove the trim and replace with a silicon, be very careful as it is there to "blend" with the plastic cowl trim which is removeable for wiper service or other "under hood(bonnet) work.

From the product description that is for the TOP and sides, not the bottom. Which is longer and not sure about the curved corners being able to flatten out to use for the bottom piece. IMO not what you are looking for. You could try getting better DIRECT KNOWLEDGE info from a auto glass company in your area.
