98 Cirrus 2.5 cranks but no start.

that's not the C121 connector any way so plug that thing back in
the one U need is green and a 14 way connector

So here is what I did.


I reconnected that plug. where is this green 14 way connector?

I do not have access to alldata, I wish. might be a future purchase though.

If there is power to the fuses and the relays don't click then the PCM is not working properly. Daughter decided to sell it, so vehicle was sold as is. good luck to the next guy.
