2002 Voyager - Immobiliser stuck on

2002 Voyager - Immobiliser stuck on
Took drivers door panel off yesterday to fix electric window problem....put everything back togther and tried to start car - immobiliser is set to on - cannot get it to turn off - any suggestions on how to reset and get it off?
