I have a 1993 Chrysler Concorde with 3.5 engine. The cruise control does not work at all and the windshield wiper does not work correctly. The windshield wiper will work normally when it is on the slow or fast setting. When on the intermitten setting it will cycle once and wait untill the next cycle to return to its starting place. In other words the wiper will travel from a horizontal position to a verticle position on the first movement and stay there untill the next cycle and then return to horizontal. Once in a heavy rain it started going to verticle and then a little more, after a while it was working correct. Just on a hunch I tried the cruise control and it worked correctly. Needless to say the next day it was working just as before and has never worked correctly since then. I know by this that these circuits are interconnected but my Haynes Manual offers no help that I can find. Anybody out there got any help?
