Question 96 chrysler sebring problems

I have a 1996 chrysler sebring lx with thw 2.o mt, it surges whether your driving or sitting in the driveway, I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, pcv valve, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, cmp sensor, ckp sensor, and it all helped in the way it runs but it still surges at 4,000-4,500 and 6,000-6,100, anything to help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Vacuum leak?
Intermittent electrical connection to a fuel injector?

When do you hit 6000 RPM?

I had checked for vaccume leaks none, checked for codes none, all wires to fuel injection seem fine.

For a surge problem with no diagnostic trouble codes, you want to check the following:
Idle air control motor operation
Intake air temperature (IAT) sensor
Powertrain control module power and ground circuit
Fuel pressure
Engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor
Throttle position sensor (TPS)
Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor

Some of these you've looked at. I'd want to look carefully at the TPS and MAP sensors. If they are giving erratic readings, the computer will try to compensate and the engine would "surge". Good luck.
