Default 99 300m "something" is overheating...

Ok I posted this in the wrong area the first time, I didn't know since this is my first forum.account, ok now the problem. When my car reaches operating temp and it is warm or hot outside I am driving on borrowed time. After "something in the engine cabin or gas tank or where gets TOO hot my car literally cuts completely off....no sputtering just immediate 0 rims at ANY speed. No engine light when this happens, ok sorry for long post and ideas guys?

What do you have to do the restart it??
Wait xx time?
Just cycle the key?
Cranks no start unless ????
"Key Dance" for codes ?

Found you other posting....
Suggest you get a fuel pressure gauge on it. Pressure should 50+ at all times..

In order for me to start the car after it stalls out,I have to sit and wait until whatever mystery part or sensor cools off, generally that time is about an hour after the temp gauge is at Cold. (So about 2 painful hours)

When I try to start it before it cools off, the engine vibrates as if its about to start but never does.

Not sure what you mean when you say key dance for codes, but I went to autozone and they said they couldn't read them if there's no check engine light?

Also don't know if this was a coincidence or not but during one of these stall situations where I couldn't start the car, I turned the ac on full blast and started the car and it turned over! That confused the hell outta me....

Fuel pressure should be checked, if the pump gets hot it may crap out.
Another thing we see is the Crankshaft Position Sensor failing without codes, may be temp releatd. Hard to troubleshoot accuratly on the net...
