chrysler concord 1993- help with transmission

its a 1993 chrysler concord with 3.3L engine. more about the problem when moves it works fine but when it stops it wont past second gear. If I restart the engine it works fine or put it in neutral before coming to a stop that also works. I recently I have changed the sensors on the transmission. I hope that helps =)

I need to know where the computer control box is thats commands the transmission. please help and thank you in advance.

Ill still have the same problem so if anyone knows about where the computer is that controls the tranmission or a diagram for the electical wiring that would be really helpful =)
