Speedometer Faulty & Mileage Correction

Hi All,

Appreciate any help with this one.

Firstly, the speedometer hasnt worked in a long while, any ideas what the fault might be?

Secondly, I need to correct the mileage, actually put it forward about 30k miles, where can I find the OBD port to do this?
