Default Trans trouble

hope to see Tntech in here , we are kinda like bff's. so anyway my 03 concorde does not have many miles around 55k or so and i know of the previous owner he was a dr , so i doubt it was ever abused. my prob is at times , after a stop , red , light or so , the trans seems to down shift itself. this leaving my rpm's running way high. so i pull over and shut it off , then crank it back up and all probs are solved for awhile. i trying to think optimistic , but i dont think it could be anything serious? crap i hope i didnt just jinx myself? all i can think of is maybe computer problem?

Im not getting any? or i dont think i am? i do have the engine light that comes on it tells me i have a bad 02 sensor , so i check em out and all 3 look new they have recently been replaced. a local tech tells me this code also will throws out a bad 02 reading when i have a bad catilytic converter? but im not getting any other codes. i went and check the trans fluid , just to check and it was full and looks clean and red. this problem occurs every day i drive the car , most of the time when i stop or at times when i start to slow down. what i meant by i dont think im getting any trans code = is there a special way to check for trans codes? other then under dash? let me know if more info is needed. thanks for any help.

what are the codes in the trans computer?
this part is throwing me in a loop , i must not be checking the correct spot me thinks?
