just a base am/fm

Silver face looks like a New yorker.

any stock radio from a ram or a dakota will fit it,id go to a salvage yard and get a used one for it from newer model truck, they all have the same wiring connectors on them, the radio you mentioned will work in it with the face adapter kit for it,id go back with a good stock one ,they cost about 50 bucks through any salvage yard and that's got to be cheaper than adding the pioneer radio to it,the adapter kit will cost you around 15 bucks plus the wiring adapter ,so its something to think about, good luck.
