Default windows stopped working

Ok, I'm trying to figure out if I'm even on the right forum, but whatever. All my windows in my 2004 Jeep Cherokee just stopped working. I assumed it was a problem with a fuse, but none of the fuses indicated windows. Are there fuses somewhere else? What's the problem here! Please help me!

All the windows will not work. And it all happened at the same time.

Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but all the interior lights won't turn off when I start the car. I have to turn the **** on the left that turns all the dome lights off when I am driving...and this turns them off all the time. So when I open the door to get out of the car, they won't turn on now. I can turn them on, but I have to manually turn them off by turning the ****...they won't shut off by themselves. I only bring this up because this problem happened at the same time too.

well that sounds interesting...Is this something I would be able to fix by myself? Or am I going to need to take it somewhere? Will it be expensive? Do you think that will fix the windows and dome lights? Any info you can give would be great. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
