Default 2.2 Non-Turbo Ignition Timing

I just replaced the head gasket on the 2.2L Non-Turbo EFI engine in a 1986 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible, and with the engine at top dead center, the distributor is pointing not at cylinder 1, but in between cylinder 1 and 3. What would have to be adjusted to get it pointed at cylinder 1? I'm a student at a vocational school, and our instructor has other projects with other students that he needs to manage, and therefore, hasn't had time to research this. Thanks in advance for the help.
