2004 Chrysler Pacifica transmission issue wouldn't go at a second gear goes from first to second and stays 4,000 RPMs only 40 mph I'm going any faster it starts jumping and hopping won't go any faster than 40 replace TCM replace the oil replace the filter replace both in and out sensors I'm lost what else do I do is still doing the same thing

They might have experienced a similar problem and have some insight. The logical way to approach car repairs is to start with a diagnostic readout from the computer to see if error codes are stored there which could give you a clue as to what is going on. You will need a sophisticated scanner to get codes out of the transmission control module, possibly beyond the capabilities of a parts store free scan check. A good transmission shop should have the necessary equipment to find any codes that might be in there.
