2011 Chrysler T&C Power Inverter Switch

Default 2011 Chrysler T&C Power Inverter Switch
Where is the switch to turn the power inverter on. There is no switch on
my instrument cluster - does this mean I cannot use it?

Below thw A/C controls, next to the ECO switch.
