My wife actually came across this site while trying to self diagnos a problem we are having with her 2005 Pacifica. It looks like it is going to be quite a useful site, so I thought that I would register and tell you a little about myself in this post.

I consider myself a do it yourselfer. There are a few reasons for this, one, it seems like everytime I go to a dealership and get something worked on it is never fixed the way I want it, or it isn't fixed at all. Two, I am pretty cheap, I can't see paying someone to do something that I can do myself. I guess the last reason I is the saying, "if you want something done right, do it yourself". So that is what I try to do.

I still own my high school car, it is a 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger 340. It has a 4 speed manual tranmission and is pretty fun to drive. I am in the process of restoring it and making it presentable for cruising the local burger joints and just short day trip with my car club. My daily driver is a 2000 Dodge Intrepid, I hope to someday trade it in for one of the new Challengers!! The wife drives the Pacifica, she really likes it, it is the first car that she picked out herself and didn't just have to settle for what was on the car lot.

Anyway that is a little about me, I'm glad we have found this site. It looks like a wealth of information and knowledge.
