Exclamation Need help with rear pinion nut 1997 T&C

I need help in removing the pinion nut on the rear diff of a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country, All wheel drive. I tried to remove with 1/2 then a 3/4 inch. impact, heated the nut ( I was already planning to replace seals and possibly bearing ) and tried again, no luck, I finally took the pinion assembly to Chrysler Dealer, 3 guys on the wrenches and they couldn't get it loose. They had the splined socket, heavy bench and cheaters on them. Looks like it was installed and the nut mechanically crimped. I'm ready to cut it off, so I got a schematic/parts breakdown and #s from the Chrysler Dealer and found that the nut is no longer available. It's only available in an assembly worth no less than $1600 and thats only half of it. I'm hoping someone has a magic formula or at least a place where I can find a pinion nut, dim. 30mm-1.5 thread. I have exhausted all my resources. Thanks
